Home Response 24 is designed to be an overall home emergency plan, so it does include boiler and central heating protection as part of it. But before taking out the cover, check with Direct Line that your specific boiler and central heating makes you eligible for Home Response 24 as boilers over 15 years of age are not covered under the scheme.

Direct Line Home Response 24 also doesn’t offer an annual service visit, which is something you may need to factor into your decision.
